Support for the whole family

Practical help, emotional support, and a team that listens.

You are not doing this alone

A serious illness affects everyone in the household. Our social workers help with decisions and paperwork, our chaplains offer spiritual support on your terms, and our volunteers give family caregivers a chance to rest.

How we support your family

Caregiver support

Family caregivers carry a heavy load. Our team offers hands-on training, respite visits so you can rest, and practical guidance for the day-to-day of caring for someone you love.

Grief & bereavement

Grief doesn't end when hospice care does. Our bereavement counselors offer one-on-one support, support groups, and check-in calls for families for up to thirteen months after a loss.

Social services

Our licensed social workers help with care planning, insurance and benefits questions, connecting to community resources, and the practical decisions that come with a serious illness.

Therapeutic services

Complementary comfort therapies — including music therapy, massage, and pet visits where available — support quality of life alongside medical care.
